What Lifted offering are restaurant

Lifted might be the new kid on the block but it’s definitely not shy. The family business spent six months gutting the old, abandoned building in OQ and turned it to something like... home. Polished concrete floor, raw steel and beaten up walls; we are all set! What Lifted offering are restaurant-quality food at cafe prices and Melbourne’s signature coffee such as flat white or Magic! So whether you’re catching up with mates, hungover or desperate, you will be spoiled with our ‘out of ordinary’ menu 🙂

Great menu, good americano, fast service, chilled space upstairs with both balcony and indoors part (to hide from the rain). Sweet place!

Grilled cheese sandwiches to die for! Quick service, good price. Love the super Mario painting on top floor, thanks.

A great place to have a nice brunch/breakfast! Loved the omelette with avo and mushroom which came with great toast!

the toffee coffee waffle! Ah it was so good. The avocado on toast could have used more seasoning, but it could've been a not-so-great avocado. The space is beautiful.

I went to brunch at lifted for a second time recently, and while the food on the menu sounded interesting and the ideas were in the right place, the execution was lacking. I ordered the grilled cheese and was underwhelmed. Siracha mayo, three types of cheese, bacon, and three slices of bread sounds amazing but, when put together they seemed to cancel each other out, and it tasted bland. I also ordered the french toast, which was good but the bread wasn't right. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly, and the drinks were excellent but, the twist on classic brunch offerings fell short.
